EGF's Group won APCE's 2020 Grand Prix: COVID-19 Edition, ex aequo with CTT, in the category “Integrated Campaign - Services (Tertiary Sector)” with the campaign #PREVENTCOVID19.



The campaign, launched in March this year, sensitized the population to stay at home with the aim of preventing the spread of the pandemic by COVID-19, with simple messages and illustrations that showed the most important rules to take into account when taking care of our waste in the midst of a pandemic, with a persistence that reached thousands of people across the country.



This campaign has already won, this year, the 2nd communication award from ISWA - International Solid Waste Association and obtained an honorable mention in the same category in the awards of APEE - Portuguese Association for Business Ethics.

With the motto “we are working for you, stay home for us”, the campaign showed workers from EGF's concessionaires who worked tirelessly every day to guarantee a service that cannot stop - the collection, treatment and management of waste.

The campaign was produced by EGF's Communication team, EGF's workers and the agencies Wiz Interactive, Deslink and World IT. Congratulations to everyone involved and to the population that continues to recycle everything, always and everywhere!
