Recycling Line - New Timetable

From 1 August, the Recycling Line has new opening hours.

The customer service will now operate from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 19.00.

On the other side of the line you will find experienced operators who will help you with all the questions and queries you need help with that relate to the waste and resources we manage every day.

The Recycling Line is a PUBLIC, FREE and NATIONAL customer service that was created to provide effective answers to citizens, namely to answer questions, requests for information, suggestions, complaints, compliments and requests for service related to the collection and treatment of urban waste.
