Congratulations to the 250 schools participating in the "Separate and Win" contests from Valorsul, which they sent to recycle 309 tons of plastic & metal and 190 tons of paper & cardboard.

The biggest reward is the environmental one: paper and cardboard recycling prevented the slaughtering of 3,700 trees and all the separated plastic equals 1,900 liters of oil.The schools were also awarded a total of more than € 39,700.

In last school year , Ecovalor, Valorsul's environmental education program for the school community, has reached 250 schools, which has resulted in the involvement of more than 50,000 students. In addition to the school competitions, Valorsul complements its offer with awareness-raising actions, visits to its facilities and informative materials on recycling.

In keeping with its commitment to environmental education and recycling goals, Valorsul recognizes the key role of schools and work in partnership with municipalities.
