Today, EGF started a new contact and support service for citizens – the Recycling Line, a PUBLIC, FREE and NATIONAL service that was created to provide effective answers to citizens, namely to answer questions, requests for information, suggestions, complaints, compliments and service requests.


Service requests related to the collection and treatment of urban waste are still only available in the areas of operation of the Resiestrela and Valnor concessionaires, in a total of 39 municipalities, and will be progressively extended to all 11 of the Group's concessionaires very soon.

The helpline is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and on the other side of the line you will find experienced operators who will help you with all the queries and issues you need help with relating to the waste and resources we manage every day. You will also be able to use the new website with useful information and easier and more direct contact, which will allow you to effectively resolve your queries.
