Today we celebrate World Oceans Day, originated in the UN Conference for the Environment and Development, held in Rio de Janeiro in 1992.

To mark this day, the CCOceanos - Ocean Communication Center organized a series of lectures under the seal "CCOceanos: Decade of the Ocean" bringing together Portuguese-speaking speakers who will address updated information and knowledge related to the UN initiative: The Decade of Oceanic Science for Sustainable Development (2021-2030).

The lectures will be broadcasted from the National Museum of Natural History and Science of Lisbon and can be watched via LiveStream HERE at 6 PM.
