Algar awards the prize to the school that won the competition "Let's give life to waste".

Presence of the VEA (environmental education vehicle) in São Brás de Alportel, in the Roberto Nobre Park. The actions are directed to the schools and are based on prior scheduling with the Municipality. They take place between 10am and 5pm.
About the actions in the VEA:
The VEA is equipped with interactive display panels and multimedia games of an environmental nature, which among other topics addresses the importance of "3 R's: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle waste". The visit offers the experience of a 3D movie, composed by an animation starring Algar mascot "Cool".

5/9 of JUNE - HOUSE OF THE ENVIRONMENT
Between 5 and 9 June, the traveling exhibition Casa do Ambiente will be present in the Municipality of Pampilhosa da Serra. The purpose of this exhibition is to sensitize visitors to the importance of domestic waste separation. In addition to the opportunity to view the ERSUC institutional film, those who visit us can, through a playstation game, learn the rules of waste separation and find out which is the most correct way to use the ecopoints.
This partnership between the Municipality of Pampilhosa da Serra and ERSUC will allow hundreds of children in the Municipality to learn about how their waste is treated.
