Founded in 1946, Mota-Engil Group is a multi-purpose organization, running in several operational areas, from construction and infrastructure management to waste treatment, transport concession and mining.

With areas of expertise in such different segments, the company today marks its continuous growth with an integrating vision of innovation, ambition and group spirit.

Mota-Engil is the majority shareholder of EGF, which, in turn, is part of its intervention strategy in the Environmental area through the collection and treatment of waste.
