EGF participated in the event “The Portuguese and packaging recycling: practices and attitudes”, organized by Sociedade Ponto Verde, where the results of the study “Practices and representations about waste and recycling” were presented and discussed, developed in partnership with the Institute of Social Sciences. This study can be seen here.

Emídio Pinheiro, Chairman of the Board of Directors of EGF, highlighted the role of waste management companies in communicating and educating citizens and the importance of a synergistic action by all entities to achieve common goals. This event also had a round table where topics of high importance were debated to those who have responsibilities in communicating with the citizens that EGF advises to know.
