The EGF Group won the National Sustainability Award 2021, in the “Digital and Artificial Intelligence” category with the Recycle BinGo application.

This award was attributed by Jornal de Negócios, in an initiative that was highly sponsored by the President of the Portuguese Republic and which distinguished companies, municipalities and institutions that promote sustainability throughout the country.

Recycle BinGo is a mobile application from EGF that had the first version financed by the Environmental Fund of the Ministry of the Environment, whose objective is to recognize and give prizes to those who recycle in an intelligent and fun way and that promotes citizen participation in the 174 municipalities served by EGF concessionaires.

This was a real teamwork, with the participation of the Communication team of EGF and the 11 concessionaires, and the creative agency Djomba.
