In order to improve the quality of service provided, Resinorte, EGF's concessionaire in the North Central region of Portugal, is replacing a large part of its selective collection equipment.

With an investment of more than 424 thousand euros, Resinorte is proceeding to replace its oldest and/or damaged ecopoint network (about 12%).

This exchange in equipment will improve the quality of public service provided, as well as facilitate the recycling of waste by citizens, since these new equipments have larger “mouths” that make easier for the deposition of waste within the ecopoint.

The project started in July 2020, and is expected to be completed within the coming months, with the replacement of 400 recycling waste containers.
