Algar starts today a new service of contact and support to citizens in their regions - the Recycling Line, a PUBLIC, FREE and NATIONAL service that was created to give effective answers to the citizen, namely to answer questions, requests for information, suggestions, complaints, compliments and service requests related to the collection and treatment of urban waste.
The service requests related to the collection and treatment of urban waste are now available in the areas where the Algar, Ersuc, Resiestrela, Resulima, Suldouro, Valnor, Valorlis, Valorminho concessionaires operate, in a total of 111 municipalities, and will be progressively extended to the remaining concessionaires of the Group very soon.

The service line is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm and at the other end of the line you will find experienced operators who will help you with all your queries and questions relating to the waste and resources we manage every day.
