Valorlis, EGF's concessionaire for the Leiria region, will mark International Environment Day with the presentation, in its social media networks, of the book "Eu Conto com a Reciclagem”, recently published.

The book brings together the winning narratives of the short story contest “Conta Reciclar” inspired by the theme of Recycling, which involved students and teachers from the 1st cycle to secondary education and also adult population.

The book illustrations were developed by the regional illustrators: Ana Barateiro, Leonel Brites, Rui Lobo, Rui Pedro Lourenço and Tânia Bailão Lopes, who illustrated the first three tales classified from each ranking.

On June 5th, the winning stories will be acted online by artists from the region. Márcia Vieira, Nídia Nair, Paulo Costa, Tânia Bailão Lopes and Vânia Silva promise a very lively day for all who follow Valorlis on social media.

Marta Lóia Guerreiro, Delegated Administrator of Valorlis, points out that “to mark the success of this initiative, and so that the winning stories can teach the message of recycling to other children, young people and adults, we have recently advanced with the publication of the stories in book form and decided to make its presentation online on World Environment Day.” She also adds that "everyone is invited to access Valorlis' Facebook page on June 5th and to follow the program we have prepared for the population".
