Valorminho, EGF's concessionaire company responsible for the recovery of waste from 6 municipalities in the Minho region, started in Melgaço the campaign Divide for all and be happy.

This campaign, supported by Sociedade Ponto Verde, consists of a direct contact with the population, in a door-to-door campaign, where domestic ecobags are given and the rules of separation of packaging are explained.

The campaign aims to increase the amount of waste collected and thus extend the lifecycle of recoverable materials, and it is the responsibility of each citizen to promote the correct disposal of their waste in the appropriate content for each material. This action was publicized at the Porto Canal program, Grandes Manhãs, which can be viewed here
