This year, almost 1 ton of material from the Rio Grande Tasquinhas EcoEvento was sent to recycle: about 250 kg paper and board and close to 750 kg of plastic and metal.

Valorsul, EGF's concessionaire for the regions of Lisbon (North) and West, once again awarded the "Ecoevento" certification to the Tasquinhas de Rio Maior. The 34th edition of this celebration took place from March 29 to April 10 and had about 100 thousand visitors. The commitment, assumed by the Municipality of Rio Maior to promote the proper waste management of this event and the planning in partnership with Valorsul, shows that it is possible to separate to recycle always and in all spaces.

Valorsul's support provided equipment, information materials on the rules of recycling and the "Cleaning Brigade", which ensured the correct separation of the waste, in addition to the collection itself by the Valorsul team.
